With the assistance of representative office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan in Russia, law enforcement agencies of the Russian Federation carried out work to establish the whereabouts of a citizen of Kyrgyzstan put on the interstate wanted list for committing a serious crime.
According to the press service of the ministry, a wanted citizen of Kyrgyzstan A. uulu M., 22, a native of Jalal-Abad region, was detained in Moscow, suspected of murder under aggravating circumstances.
In June of this year, a criminal case was initiated on the fact of a serious crime under Article 122 (murder) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The man was put on the interstate wanted list in July 2022.
The crime was committed on the night of June 13. Body of a citizen with signs of violent death was found in Jalal-Abad. The suspects fled.
As a result of the measures taken, the employees of the internal affairs bodies had earlier detained two citizens involved in the crime. Some managed to escape abroad.
Wanted A. uulu M., hiding from the investigation and court, was found on the territory of the Russian Federation. Investigation is currently underway.
