The Organizing Committee of the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris has unveiled the official mascot of the Games.
Phrygian caps in the form of a toy, which are a symbol of republican France, were chosen as a mascot. They got the name «the phryges».
The Paralympic mascot has a prosthesis instead of one leg.
The 33rd Summer Olympic Games are scheduled to be held from July 26 to August 11, 2024.
