The Social Fund of Kyrgyzstan plans to increase pensions by 8 percent in 2023. The Chairman of the Fund, Bakhtiyar Aliyev, announced at a meeting of the parliamentary committee on social policy.
According to him, there are 734,000 pensioners in Kyrgyzstan.
«About 1,400 billion soms are provided for raising pensions in 2023. We plan to increase pensions by 8 percent on average. When a person retires by age, he or she gets 4,000 soms,» Bakhtiyar Aliyev said.
