As part of the work carried out by the diplomatic mission in terms of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of the Kyrgyzstanis, the head of the Consular Department of the Embassy visited the citizens of Kyrgyzstan serving their sentences in the institutions of the penitentiary system in Vladimir Oblast. Diplomatic mission of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Russian Federation reported.
According to it, 31 citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic are serving sentences in prison colonies. Diplomats met with them, had an individual conversation, provided full information on all issues of interest to them, including the procedure for their transfer to Kyrgyzstan in order to further serve their sentences.
The Embassy will continue work in this direction.
