Since the beginning of 2022, the Guarantee Fund has supported businesses by providing 391 guarantees for 1,035 billion soms. Press service of the fund reported.
Partner banks issued loans secured by a guarantee for 4,011 billion soms.
«For the entire period of operation of the Guarantee Fund, the amount of issued guarantees for the second time during the year exceeds 1 billion soms. In 2021, guarantees were issued for 1,156 billion soms,» the statement says.
Supported industries include agriculture, agricultural processing, export-oriented and import-substituting industries, trade, construction, transport and various services.
At least 46 percent of guarantees were provided for the development of agriculture, and 5 percent — for the processing of agricultural products. About 84 percent of the total number of guarantees provided is aimed at development of entrepreneurship in the regions of the country.
Since the beginning of its activities, Guarantee Fund JSC has provided domestic entrepreneurs, who have difficulties with collateral, with 2,778 guarantees for 4,483 billion soms. This allowed partner banks to grant loans in the amount of 16,163 billion soms.
