Azattyk will write a statement to the police on the fact of the threats voiced at the rally. Director of the Bishkek bureau, Aizada Kasmalieva, told 24.kg news agency.

«We are preparing a statement to the police on the fact of threats voiced at the rally. The protesters called for riots. When we called 102, the police arrived and monitored the situation. Our office is working as usual now,» Aizada Kasmalieva said.
MP Dastan Bekeshev posted on Twitter on Wednesday that his colleague Nadira Narmatova was collecting signatures under some appeal to the president with a request to shut down a number of media outlets. In particular, according to him, she demands to close Kloop, Azattyk and Kaktus.media.
Nadira Narmatova herself denied this initiative.
Rally was held near the office of Azattyk on Thursday. The protesters demanded to close three media outlets in Bishkek.
