President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev arrived in Kyrgyzstan on a state visit. Press service of the head of state reported.
Ilham Aliyev’s plane landed at Manas International Airport. The state flags of Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan are hung on the flagpoles of the airport, the guard of honor is lined up.
Sadyr Japarov met the distinguished guest at the airport.
A concert program was presented for the heads of the two states.
The leaders of Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan will hold bilateral talks and take part in the first meeting of the Interstate Council. In addition, opening of the Friendship Park of Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan, as well as general education schools named after Heydar Aliyev and Nizami Ganjavi will take place during the visit.
