As part of the state visit of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev to Kyrgyzstan, it is planned to sign an agreement on the establishment of a Development Fund. Kanatbek Abdrakhmanov, Deputy Minister of Economy and Commerce, announced today at a meeting of the parliamentary committee on budget, economy and fiscal policy.
According to him, the authorized capital of the fund will be $25 million. The structure and scheme of the institution will be similar to the work of the funds established jointly with Uzbekistan and Hungary.
«All financial resources are provided by the Azerbaijani side. The headquarters of the fund will be in Bishkek,» Kanatbek Abdrakhmanov told.
The President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will pay a state visit to Kyrgyzstan on October 11-12. During the visit, Sadyr Japarov will hold bilateral talks with him.
