Mass food poisoning of migrants from Kyrgyzstan was registered in St. Petersburg (Russia). Local media reported.
It is specified that almost 30 citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic got an intestinal infection in Petrogradsky district of the city in one of the hostels. All of them were hospitalized in the Botkin hospital. Rospotrebnadzor sent samples of water and food from the hostel for examination.
The police received information that 27 citizens of Kyrgyzstan were hospitalized from the hostel on Admiral Lazarev Street to the Clinical Infectious Diseases Hospital named after S.P. Botkin, all of them are employees of Praideks LLC.
The men were hospitalized with symptoms of an intestinal infection in a satisfactory condition and of moderate severity.
