Activist Ondorush Toktonasyrov came to hold a one-man protest in front of the Russian Embassy in Kyrgyzstan, but the police did not allow him to do it.
The activist was met by law enforcement officers at the building of the diplomatic mission, who reported that the Pervomaisky District Court had restricted holding of mass rallies in the city center from September 1 to December 1, with the exception of the Maxim Gorky park. Ondorush Toktonasyrov was offered to hold the protest in the park.
«This is a violation of my constitutional rights. I came to hold a protest, I want to protest against military operations and mobilization, and not have a rest somewhere in the park,» he said and left the place of the planned protest, carrying the flag of Ukraine.
