World Nomad Games: Athletes from Kyrgyzstan win 9 more medals

Wrestlers from the national team of Kyrgyzstan won nine medals in belt wrestling (alysh) at the IV World Nomad Games, which are being held in the Turkish Iznik town.

Roman Saparov (60 kg weight category), Esenbek Kudaiberdiev (80 kg) and Oibek Kamulov (90 kg) won gold medals.

Kyrgyzstani Nagira Sarbagysheva won a gold medal in the weight category up to 75 kg.

Samara Abdumalik kyzy and Elza Abdykadyrova won silver medals.

Orozbek Ashirov (100 kg) and Muktarbek Kalybek uulu (100 kg) won bronze medals.

Adina Nurmatova (75 kg) also took the third place and won a bronze medal.

IV World Nomad Games started on September 29. More than 3,000 athletes from 102 countries take part in the Games. Kyrgyzstan is represented by 148 athletes.
