Suinaliev Ruslan was appointed the First Deputy Minister of Finance. Press service of the ministry reported.
The corresponding order was signed by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Akylbek Japarov.
Ruslan Suinaliev was the Deputy Chairman of the State Tax Service from October 2021 to March 2022. Before that he headed the Department of the State Tax Service for Sverdlovsky district of Bishkek. Suinaliev had worked for the Tax Service system for 25 years.
