Man raped his own daughters in Zhaiyl district of Kyrgyzstan. Deputy Elvira Surabaldieva said at a parliamentary meeting.
According to her, the mother of the victims wrote a letter addressed to the president. The woman cannot achieve justice since 2017.
«The woman turned to Prosecutor General Kurmankul Zulushev. She told that the psychiatric examination of her daughters was carried out seven or eight times. The investigation into this case is dragging on. The girls were interrogated several times. They were shown dolls, and the victims constantly showed what their father did with them. Despite this, the investigators send the materials back for examination,» Elvira Surabaldieva told.
