Aktilek Musaeva has been appointed an Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kyrgyzstan to China. The decree was signed by the President Sadyr Japarov.
Aktilek Musaeva was an adviser to the First Vice Prime Minister. Then she worked as an adviser to the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in the PRC, the first secretary of the Office of the SCO National Coordinator from Kyrgyzstan.
She is listed in the database of the Ministry of Justice as the head and co-founder of Golden Leaf investment and consulting company. Together with Aktilek Musaeva, the founders of the company are Sun Li and Luo Jiaming.
