Financial Director of Kumtor Gold Company JSC, Ryspek Toktogulov, was placed in the detention center 1 in Bishkek. Own sources informed 24.kg news agency.
The decision was made the day before by the Oktyabrsky District Court of the capital. Ryspek Toktogulov will be in custody for a month.
Earlier it was reported about financial violations revealed at Kumtor, in particular, fuels and lubricants, food, spare parts were purchased at prices above market ones. The Prosecutor General’s Office initiated three criminal cases. Former external manager of Kumtor Tengiz Bolturuk, procurement specialist Aisha-Gul Frontbek kyzy Dzhanalieva and the financial director Ryspek Toktogulov were detained.
