The Ministry of Education and Science of Kyrgyzstan is piloting an automated licensing and accreditation management system. The ministry reported.
After its implementation, there will be no need to submit documents in paper form, everything will be in electronic format.
According to the head of the Accreditation Sector of the ministry, Baktygul Akulova, the system was developed as part of the digitalization of the accreditation of educational organizations and programs. To register an educational organization in the system, the head (director) enters it using an electronic digital signature, fills in self-assessment materials, after which an application for accreditation is generated automatically. The application from the system goes to the Ministry of Education and Science. Educational organizations can apply for accreditation through the website https://asula.edu.gov.kg/ .
«Automation of the process is aimed at ensuring objectivity, transparency of accreditation and reducing the risk of corruption,» the ministry added.
