Exhibition opened at Mikhail Frunze House-Museum

A photo-documentary exhibition «August 31 — Independence Day of the Kyrgyz Republic» was opened at the Mikhail Frunze House-Museum in Bishkek.

According to Elnura Omuralieva, head of the museum’s scientific exposition department, materials of the exhibition reveal the origin of the Kyrgyz statehood, great turning points in the history of the Kyrgyz and the events that led the country to independence.

The mobile exhibition presents works by Kyrgyz artisans, representatives of the Craft Council of Kyrgyzstan, photographs by Sultan Dosaliev and a photojournalist Igor Kovalenko.
