President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov handed over the keys to new apartments to employees of the national security agencies. Press service of the head of state reported.
Sadyr Japarov noted that the security services play a big role in establishing law and order, ensuring security in the state and peaceful life of the citizens.
«You are at the forefront of the fight against terrorism, extremism and preservation of the country’s territorial integrity. You are responsible for strengthening stability, law and order in society, fighting corruption and crime. These are complex tasks that require a new approach, modern knowledge and sincere dedication,» said Sadyr Japarov.
The President emphasized that the challenges and threats of the time, the changes taking place in the world require great responsibility and professionalism from the public security officers.
«In such a situation, special requirements are imposed on employees of the security services in ensuring the security of the country, and confidence is increased. The timely resolution of social issues of the servicemen will increase their desire and of the younger generation to protect their homeland,» the president said.
The residential building is designed for 306 families. This is the first time such an apartment building has been commissioned for national security officials. It was built in a year and a half. The cost of one square meter of housing was $300.
