Sappers searching for bomb in Asia Mall in Bishkek

Asia Mall is cordoned off in Bishkek. The Internal Affairs Department of Leninsky district informed 24.kg news agency.

The police received the call about a bomb in the shopping center at 1.56 p.m. An investigative-operational group and the leadership of the Internal Affairs Department left for the place.

«To ensure the safety and evacuation of citizens, the territory of the building is cordoned off by police officers. Employees of the State Committee for National Security also arrived. Appropriate search activities are underway. Details will be reported later,» the department said.
