The Days of Culture of Kyrgyzstan will be held in Budapest from August 10 through August 12. The Minister of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy Azamat Zhamankulov told 24.kg news agency.
The event is held on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
«At least 30 cultural figures will take part in the event from the Kyrgyz Republic. All of them will then go to the kurultai of the Hunnic and Turkic peoples,» he said.
The meeting of the Hunno-Turkic peoples will take place from August 12 through August 14 in Bugach area. It is convened every two years. A parade of horse riders, horse races and various tournaments, including kokparu, are held as part of the kurultai.
