100 children of Kyrgyz migrants come to Altyn Balalyk from Russia

At least 100 children of Kyrgyzstanis living in Russia arrived at Altyn Balalyk recreation and rehabilitation center. The Information Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan reports.

The children reportedly came from Sverdlovsk, Chelyabinsk, Tyumen Oblasts, the Perm Krai, the Yamalo-Nenets and Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrugs of Russia.

The lists of children who distinguished themselves in studies, creativity, sports, social and cultural activities were compiled by the leaders of the Kyrgyz public diaspora organizations in the aforementioned areas.

This is the first project aimed at maintaining the connection of children of compatriots from abroad with their historical homeland and organizing their recreation on Issyk-Kul lake, which is being implemented by the Ministry of Health and the Consulate General of Kyrgyzstan in Yekaterinburg, with the support of the country’s leadership, the Parliament and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
