Retirement age will not be increased in Kyrgyzstan. The Chairman of the Social Fund Baktiyar Aliev told at a press conference.
He noted that the pension reform has been completed, a road map has been developed, and the documents are undergoing approval process at the departments.
«There are no shocking innovations. The retirement age remains the same. The roadmap provides for a development strategy, facilitating submission of documents for setting a pension. From 2023, we want a person who has reached the retirement age just come with the passport and apply for a pension,» he said.
Women retire on pension at 58, and men at 63 in Kyrgyzstan.
