«On behalf of the President, I would like to guarantee investors the inviolability of private property and the possibility of exporting profits in any form you want,» Akylbek Japarov, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan, said at the opening of an international multi-sectoral business mission of Russian companies to Kyrgyzstan.
He assured that all technologies and industries imported into the Kyrgyz Republic would be exempt from value added tax. In the future, the authorities will try to do everything possible so that no one interferes with the work of investors.
«You will be pleasantly surprised when you get acquainted with the tax, banking and currency legislation of the country. We have one of the lowest tax rates, there are no restrictions on the import and export of capital. We need a financial boost. We have recently approved the strategy of the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund for five years. Growth rates will exceed previous ones. We plan to bring the capital of the RKDF to $1 billion. We will find an opportunity to talk to the financial institutions of Russia in order to support those companies that will come and work with us,» the head of the Cabinet concluded.
