Liberalization of goods transportation will give an impetus to the development of business in the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union. The Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Armenia Armen Simonyan said at the 1st Eurasian Economic Forum in Bishkek.
According to him, liberalization of transportation means expanding opportunities and creating a level playing field for competition. At the same time, he believes that it is important for countries to protect the interests of both the majority and minority of entrepreneurs.
«Last year, the EAEU countries signed an agreement on the use of navigation seals. I think this is an important event. Once it enters into force, cargo carriers will be able to move across the borders faster. Besides, digitalization of the cargo transportation system is also an important direction,» Armen Simonyan said.
