At least 117 centers have been opened in Kyrgyzstan to conduct Nationwide Testing. Chinara Batrakeeva, director of the Center for Assessment in Education and Teaching Methods, told at a press conference.
The Nationwide Testing will be held from May 23 to May 28 in all regions of the country. More than 47,400 applicants have registered for the testing.
«Additional registration for the testing will take place on May 23 and May 26 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at all testing centers for those, who have not had time to do it,» Chinara Batrakeeva said.
The Nationwide Testing is mandatory for admission to higher education institutions, both for grant places, and all forms of education on a contract basis (full-time, part-time and evening courses).
The Nationwide Testing results are not required for admission to some specialties of higher education institutions of culture and art and to some physical education and sports specialties.
