Three students of a school in Terek-Sai village, who suffered as a result of collapse of the ceiling, were discharged from the hospital. Press service of the Ministry of Health informed 24.kg news agency.
«As of the morning of May 18, one patient, a teacher, remained in Ala-Buka General Medical Practice Center for inpatient treatment. Children were sent for outpatient treatment in a satisfactory condition,» the ministry said.
Ceiling in one of the classrooms collapsed in the secondary school No. 18 in Terek-Sai village on Tuesday. As a result, a teacher and three students were hospitalized. It turned out that the school was built in 1958 and was originally used as a barrack for mining workers. No major repairs were carried out there since then. Following the instructions of the head of the Cabinet, all educational institutions in the country will be checked after the incident.
