The Minister of Economy and Commerce of Kyrgyzstan Daniyar Amangeldiev and the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov met on the sidelines of the International Industrial Exhibition Innoprom. Topical issues of bilateral cooperation in the field of investment, industry and trade were discussed. The progress of implementation of the existing agreements, as well as new directions for the development of mutually beneficial partnerships, were considered. The parties studied the opportunities for deepening industrial cooperation and building value chains in high-tech industries such as energy, engineering, agricultural and road construction, chemical, pharmaceutical and IT sectors.
As a result of the meeting, mutually acceptable decisions were developed and agreed on important aspects of further Kyrgyz-Russian cooperation and promotion of joint projects.
