For the first quarter of 2022, tax revenues amounted to 26,800 billion soms. Altynbek Abduvapov, chairman of the State Tax Service, announced at a meeting of Ishenim parliamentary faction.
According to him, compared to the same period last year, tax collections increased by 6 billion soms.
«In the first quarter, receipts from Kumtor amounted to 9 billion soms, VAT on imports — 2,400 billion, last year we collected 1,700 billion soms. Sales tax collection in 2021 amounted to 362 million soms, in 2022 — 439 million soms. Collection of excise tax doubled and amounted to 109 million soms. At least 54 million were received from the sale of alcoholic beverages, it was 13 million last year,» the official said.
