Law on Security Council of the Kyrgyz Republic is subject to editorial changes in connection with the adoption of a new version of the Constitution. The draft amendments have been submitted for voting.
In particular, it is proposed to note in Article 9 of the law that operational and working meetings of the Security Council with the participation of its individual members can be held.
«Operational and working meetings of the Security Council are chaired by the Chairman of the Security Council. On behalf of the Chairman of the Security Council, operational and working meetings of the Security Council can be held under the leadership of the Secretary of the Security Council,» the draft says.
