According to it, the Presidents of Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan discussed the prospects for developing strategic partnership between the two countries with an emphasis on strengthening trade and economic cooperation and interaction in the international arena.
The President of Kazakhstan noted that his state visit to Kyrgyzstan in May 2022 would undoubtedly give a serious impetus to the strategic partnership.
Kassym-Jomart Tokayev also congratulated Sadyr Japarov on the successful completion of negotiations on the status of Kumtor gold mine.
In addition, the parties exchanged congratulations on the occasion of the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan.
