The state suffered a damage of 2 million soms during construction of a House of Culture in Ton district, Issyk-Kul region of Kyrgyzstan. The Prosecutor General’s Office reported.
The supervisory authority initiated a criminal case against officials of the Directorate for Management of Issyk-Kul Development Fund.
It was found out that these individuals, to get material benefits, in collusion with the contractors have included knowingly false information in the act of work during the construction of the House of Culture in the village of Tort-Gul.
As a result, the state suffered damage in the amount of 2,101,000 soms.
A criminal case was initiated under article 337 «Abuse of office» of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyz Republic and investigation is ongoing.
