Protest is held near the Russian Embassy in Bishkek. Two protesters — head of Kylym Shamy Human Rights Centre Aziza Abdirasulova and a civil activist Ondurush Toktonasyrov — came to the embassy building.

They oppose military actions in Ukraine. The participants of the peaceful protest brought the flag of Ukraine. Police officers do not hinder the activists.

Earlier it was reported that the Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek banned any rallies near the Russian Embassy. The temporary ban was imposed on March 11 and will last until April 11.

Situation in Ukraine remains complicated. Fighting continues. Russia started a special military operation on February 24, 2022. The number of military and civilian casualties continues to grow. Many states have imposed and continue to impose severe sanctions on Russia.
