A temporary ban has been imposed on the export of U.S. dollars in cash from Kyrgyzstan. Website of the bank says.
It is noted that the ban applies to commercial banks, exchange offices, microfinance and microcredit companies. The ban is not applied to individuals and non-cash payments.
The decision was made to ensure the economic security of Kyrgyzstan. The ban on the export of U.S. dollars in cash from Kyrgyzstan is in force from 5.30 p.m. on March 11, 2022.
