Personnel changes have taken place in the Bishkek City Hall. Press service of the municipality reported.
«Baktybek Abdiev has been appointed a Vice Mayor of the capital. Maksatbek Sargazakov became the head of Sverdlovsky district, Azamat Doroev — the head of Oktyabrsky district,» the statement says.
The relevant orders were signed on March 11 by the Mayor of Bishkek Emilbek Abdykadyrov.
Baktybek Abdiev was a director of the construction and design company Avangard Project. He also headed Gosstroy and Bishkek Glavarchitectura. As head of state, Sooronbai Jeenbekov criticized his work and offered to resign.
