The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan has approved the basic amount of tax on the basis of a license by type of activity. The State Tax Service reported.
The list includes 86 types of activities that have the right to work on the basis of a license, 56 of which are individual entrepreneurial activities and 30 are individual labor activities.
Such activities as services of local workers of international projects and programmes as well as services on software maintenance of computers and copying machines are excluded from the list. The remaining types of activities based on voluntary license, which were in effect before the adoption of the new Tax Code, remained unchanged.
The list has been supplemented with new types of activities:
- Exchange office services with the basic rate of 20,000 soms;
- Hired workers employed by individual entrepreneurs selling goods, works and services to the population and applying tax payment regime on the basis of single tax (except for entrepreneurs providing catering services, service of saunas, billiards and bathhouses) with the basic rate of 700 soms.
As of 1 January 2023, each license is subject to compulsory electronic registration (e-license).
The State Tax Service has approved license rates for Bishkek city and districts based on the basic license sum.
