Kyrgyzstanis wanted since 2017 detained in Poland

Two citizens of Kyrgyzstan have been detained in Poland at the request of the National Central Bureau of Interpol in the Kyrgyz Republic. The Ministry of Internal Affairs reported.

According to it, one was wanted for participation in armed conflicts in Syria, the second — for escaping from prison of the Penitentiary Service. Both of them have been wanted since 2017.

The press service added that the Interpol officers detained 45 internationally wanted people in 2021: 14 — in other countries, 31 — in the Kyrgyz Republic.

Ten cars were also found in Kyrgyzstan, which were listed as stolen by Interpol. Six invalid driver’s licenses and a fake passport were detected.
