The Central Election Commission of Kyrgyzstan (CEC) started counting votes from the automatically reading ballot boxes. Data were received from 53 out of 60 polling stations.
The former deputy prime minister Elvira Surabaldieva won the majority of votes — 45.56 percent — in the Pervomaisky single-mandate constituency. Nurbek Totonov is next with 18.35 percent of the votes. Lawyer Nurbek Toktakunov takes the third place with 5.63 percent of votes.
