At least 1.5 billion soms will be allocated from the budget for the repair and construction of 80 social facilities in Batken region in 2022. The Ministry of Finance of Kyrgyzstan reported.
About 55,771.6 million soms are provided for construction work. It is planned to build 12 schools for 3,450 student places, 1 kindergarten for 24 places and 1 healthcare facility at the expanse of the money. At least 8 million soms are provided for repair work (six schools and one cultural facility).
«Seven million soms are provided for drinking water supply facilities. It is planned to provide 18 villages with drinking water. About 600 million soms are provided for the repair and construction of roads in Batken region. 198.2 million soms are allocated for the construction of irrigation facilities and increasing the water supply of irrigated lands in the region, and 92.1 million soms — for the repair and construction of defense and law enforcement facilities,» the statement says.
