A new Acting Chief Physician Pamir Muratov has been introduced to the staff of the Clinical Emergency Hospital (former Bishkek Scientific Research Center of Traumatology and Orthopedics — BSRCTO). The head of the Ministry of Health of Kyrgyzstan Alymkadyr Beishenaliev told 24.kg news agency.
According to him, Damir Duishenov, who was previously appointed to this position, wrote a resignation letter after a dispute with the former director of the BSRCTO Sabyrbek Dzhumabekov.
The new acting chief physician was presented to the staff today. As noted, Sabyrbek Dzhumabekov himself handed over the post.
At the same time, the minister Alymkadyr Beishenaliev noted that legal issues on the transformation of the research center would be resolved in the coming days.
By his order on February 4, Alymkadyr Beishenaliev transformed the BSRCTO into the Clinical Emergency Hospital. Director Sabyrbek Dzhumabekov was dismissed, the post of director was abolished, and the hospital will be headed by a chief physician. Previously, Damir Duishenov was appointed to this position. However, Sabyrbek Dzhumabekov refused to accept the minister’s order and leave his office. He changed his mind after a meeting with the President Sadyr Japarov.
