Avalanches descend on Kara-Kuldzha - Alaikuu road

Snow avalanches descended on the roads in Uzgen district of Osh region. The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kyrgyzstan reported.

According to the ministry, due to the snowfalls that continued on February 12-13, snow masses descended on some sections of Kara-Kuldzha — Alaikuu road. No casualties were reported. The road was temporarily closed.

Special equipment arrived at the scene, the roads are being cleared.
