Judge of the Supreme Court of Kyrgyzstan Nurgul Bakirova was appointed a Deputy Chairwoman of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic. Press service of the President reported.
The corresponding decree was signed by Sadyr Japarov.
Before Nurgul Bakirova, this position was held by Kachyke Esenkanov. According to the press service of the head of state, he decided to resign.
Nurlan Musaev and Aibek Davletov also became deputy heads of the Supreme Court.
The head of the Supreme Court Nurgul Bakirova resigned on January 31. However, she remained a judge of the Supreme Court. This decision was explained by changes in the Constitution.
Zamirbek Bazarbekov, former lawyer of Sadyr Japarov, has been appointed to the post instead Nurgul Bakirova.
