Employees of the Service for Countering Extremism and Illegal Migration of the Department of Internal Affairs of Issyk-Kul region detained a suspect in the illegal possession of drugs, weapons and ammunition. Press service of the Department of Internal Affairs of the region reported.
«A search was conducted in the house of a 50-year-old resident of Otuz-Uul village, Ak-Suu district. The investigators found and seized a container with 8,200 grams of marijuana, an unregistered 12-gauge smoothbore gun and 20 rounds of ammunition,» the statement says.
