Corruption scheme for misappropriation of money has been detected in Bishkek City Hall. Press center of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan (SCNS) reported.
«It was found that a chief accountant of Bishkekzelenkhoz municipal enterprise and an accountant systematically falsified accounting documents (covering letters, payroll and so on) for illegal accounting of salaries in excess of the established norm. As a result, the state budget suffered a loss of 800,000 soms,» the statement says.
A criminal case was initiated on the incident. During the investigation, the chief accountant fully admitted her guilt. The damage caused to the budget has been fully compensated. The criminal case is at the stage of completion of investigation and its transfer to court.
