The Minister of Health of Kyrgyzstan Alymkadyr Beishenaliev signed an order on the reorganization of the Bishkek Scientific Research Center of Traumatology and Orthopedics (BSRCTO). He announced it at a press conference.
According to the official, the center has been transformed into the City Clinical Emergency Hospital.
«During the existence of the center, he (Sabyrbek Dzhumabekov) did what he wanted. Therefore, he must answer for it in court. I advised him to find a good lawyer,» Alymkadyr Beishenaliev said.
Earlier, the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic announced that the City Clinical Emergency Hospital on the basis of BSRCTO the will be a multidisciplinary specialized institution for providing round-the-clock emergency medical care to the population in case of acute diseases, injuries, accidents, poisoning, as well as in case of mass injuries and disasters. Lawyers of the department prepare corresponding documents. According to them, BSRCTO has not been re-registered since 2004.
The Health Minister Alymkadyr Beishenaliev believes that Sabyrbek Dzhumabekov created the center and has been appointing himself a director since 2004.
Sabyrbek Dzhumabekov, the ex- director of BSRCTO, stated that Alymkadyr Beishenaliev intends to disrupt the grant project for the construction of a new hospital.
