Foreigner tries to hide from prosecution in Kyrgyzstan

A foreigner tried to hide from prosecution in homeland in Kyrgyzstan. Press center of the State Committee for National Security (SCNS) reported.

«Foreign citizen M.D.A. was detained on suspicion of illegal crossing of the state border. In an effort to escape from criminal prosecution in his homeland, he illegally entered the territory of Kyrgyzstan. Here he tried to legalize himself through marriage with a local resident,» the statement says.

The state committee did not specify the citizenship of the detainee. The man was placed in the temporary detention center of the SCNS. The investigation is ongoing.
