The Mammology Center was liquidated in Bishkek. The corresponding order was signed by the Minister of Health of Kyrgyzstan Alymkadyr Beishenaliev.
The document says that the decision was made in order to optimize scientific institutions under the Ministry of Health.
Information about transformation of the center into a department was announced last year. Then the director of the National Center of Oncology and Hematology Baktygul Sultangazieva noted that the reorganization of the Mammology Center would not affect patients and doctors.
