Bishkek City Hall provided assistance to Cholponbek Sydykov, a citizen of Kyrgyzstan who was injured during the recent events in Kazakhstan. Press service of the capital’s City Hall reported.
According to the City Hall, 50,000 soms were allocated from the reserve fund. The victim is undergoing treatment in the Bishkek Scientific Research Center of Traumatology and Orthopedics. «The City Hall of the capital wishes the compatriot a speedy recovery and good health,» the press service said.
Earlier it was reported that the missing Kyrgyzstani Cholponbek Sydykov was found in Almaty. He said that he had been beaten in the city police department. He was brought to the capital and hospitalized in the Bishkek Scientific Research Center of Traumatology and Orthopedics in a serious condition — the man had multiple injuries and fractures. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs handed in a note of protest to the Kazakh side.
