An avalanche descended in Chatkal district of Kyrgyzstan. Victims were reported. Eyewitnesses informed 24.kg news agency.
As the Ministry of Emergency Situations told 24.kg news agency, the incident occurred on Kara-Buura — Chatkal highway.
Employees of a private company carried out triggering of avalanches at this site. As a result, two people were covered with the snow mass. Search work was carried out by about 100 employees of the enterprise. Body of one person was found at 5.30 p.m. The second one is still missing. Five rescuers of the Ministry of Emergency Situations are also working on the spot.
