Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Akylbek Japarov held a meeting with ambassadors, heads of permanent missions of Kyrgyzstan to international organizations and Consulates General. Press service of the Cabinet of Ministers reports.
Issues related to implementation of current tasks of the Cabinet and activity of foreign institutions of the country were discussed. Japarov urged to step up work on protection of rights and interests of the country’s citizens abroad, to attract foreign investments, technologies and knowledge and to expand trade and economic relations. In addition, he noted the need to promote the export of domestic products to foreign markets, increasing the flow of tourists, attracting international climate financing from targeted environmental funds, foreign partner countries and multilateral financial institutions.
«Implementation of these tasks should be one of the key, decisive indicators of your work. The work should be carried out more efficiently with achievement of real results. In parallel, in the country itself we must work to improve the investment and business climate. The Cabinet of Ministers is taking all measures to improve the business climate and create favorable conditions for investors in the country,» Akylbek Japarov said.
Participants of the meeting exchanged opinions on improving the efficiency of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and foreign missions.
