Kyrgyzindustriya JSC with 100 percent participation of the state in its authorized capital was created by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan. Press service of the Cabinet reported.
It is expected that the creation of the company will make it possible to promptly and independently carry out measures to attract investments, interact with international corporations, and create joint ventures. Presence of a single shareholder represented by the state gives citizens and investors guarantees of successful development and reduces risks.
«Opening of the company will also allow us to solve a whole range of tasks dictated by modern business conditions, including to increase the efficiency of operational management, the investment attractiveness of the business, to reduce production costs, and manage risks. One of the main tasks of creation of the company is the efficient and transparent distribution of funds received as a result of the activities of subsidiaries and own activities through annual and quarterly reports,» the statement says.
The authorized capital of the new JSC is 1 billion soms.
